About
Ethan, and his producing partner Kratos (pictured on right), is a filmmaker based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Originally from New Jersey, growing up in Vermont, before moving out west, Ethan has spent a decade growing as a filmmaker and has worked on many exciting projects.
Ethan has on-set experience directing a crew of 51 people for his short “Five Star Realtors” in which he was able to work with Heartland Emmy-winning cinematographer Chris Barron. Ethan has experience producing short films with large scales with small budgets. Despite “Five Star Realtors” six-thousand-dollar budget, it had a full crew, twelve locations, seventeen-page script, 120 visual effect shots, and many practical effects shots. Geiger has also produced two westerns with shoestring budgets and many documentaries.
In addition to his filmography, Ethan Geiger is also a published flash fiction writer, and a seasoned skier. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film production as well as a minor in creative writing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
When not making movies Ethan is skiing, falling off his mountain bike, or being dragged around by Kratos wherever his nose takes him.
